French Open 2019 list of winners

  • Ash Barty won the French Open women single title on June 8, 2019. She is the first Australian woman to lift the Coupe Suzanne Lenglen since Margaret Court in 1973.
  • Rafael Nadal won French Open Single’s title 2019 to become the first man or woman to win 12 titles at a single event. Earlier, Australia’s Margaret Court had the record of winning 11 Australian Open titles. Nadal beats Dominic Thiem 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 to win the Roland Garros title for the third year in a row.
  • It is Rafael Nadal’s 18th Grand Slam titles, two behind Roger Federer’s redord of 20 titles.

  • Women’s Singles: Ashleigh Barty (Australia) defeated Markéta Vondroušová (Czech Republic) by 6–1, 6–3 to win the trophy.
  • Men’s Double: Kevin Krawietz (Germany) and Andreas Mies (Germany) defeated Jérémy Chardy and Fabrice Martin (France) by 6–2, 7–6 to win the men’s double trophy.
  • Women’s Double: Tímea Babos (Hungary) and Kristina Mladenovic (France) defeated Duan Yingying and Zheng Saisai (China) by 6–2, 6–3 to win the women’s double title.
  • Mixed Double: Latisha Chan (Chinese Taipei) and Ivan Dodig (Croatia) defeated Gabriela Dabrowski (Canada) and Mate Pavić (Croatia) defeated by 6–1, 7–6 to win the mixed double trophy.
