The 11th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav is being held between 14th to 28th February at Cooch Behar, Darjeeling and Murshidabad in West Bengal.
- The Mahotsav is being organised by the Union Ministry of culture to promote India’s diverse cultural Heritage.
- The inaugural programme took place at Coochbehar on February 14, 2021.
- On February 14, 2021, dignitaries gave respect to Thakur Panchanan Barma on his 156th Birth anniversary.
