The Union Ministry of Education has launched the PM-YUVA 3.0 (Young, Upcoming and Versatile Authors) in order to promote reading, writing and book culture in the country.

What is PM-YUVA 3.0?
- PM-YUVA 3.0 (Prime Minister’s Scheme for Mentoring Young Authors) is an author mentorship programme designed to:
- Train young and budding authors (under 30 years)
- Promote reading, writing, and book culture in India
- Project India and Indian writings globally
Why is it Being Launched?
- Success of PM-YUVA 1.0 & 2.0: Large-scale participation in 22 Indian languages & English
