- It is a move to improve efficiency and productivity of the Railway system.
- Railway Board Chairman and CEO, Vinod Kumar Yadav on November 26, 2020 launched HRMS modules of Employee Self Service, PF Advance and Retirement Settlement.
- The modules will benefit over 27 lakh families of both serving and retired Railway employees. Several other modules of HRMS are already operational in the Indian Railways.
