State-owned Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has bagged a ₹2,463 crore contract from the Ministry of Defence to supply the Low-level Transportable Radar (LLTR) ‘Ashwini’ for the Indian Air Force (IAF).

- Indigenous 4D Surveillance Radar
- Developed jointly by BEL & DRDO
- Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) technology
- Detects high-speed fighters, UAVs, & slow-moving targets
- Deployable on all terrains for superior operational flexibility
