What is HKU1?
- Discovered in 2004 at Hong Kong University
- Mild respiratory virus, similar to the common cold
- Belongs to Betacoronavirus hongkonense species

How Does HKU1 Spread?
- Direct contact with infected persons
- Airborne transmission via coughing & sneezing

How Severe Is It?
