Ex- HOPEX 2024 is a joint exercise between India and Egypt. This is the fourth joint exercise between the Indian Air Force and the Egyptian Air Force.
- The weeklong exercise (21-26 June) is being held in Egypt. The Indian Air Force’s (IAF) Rafale fighter jets, C-17 Globemaster and IL-78 tankers are participating in this exercise.
- The aim of this exercise is to promote bilateral and regional cooperation, which is a symbol of the long-standing relations between the two countries.
