- Chandrayaan-2 was launched on July 22, 2019 and was injected into a lunar orbit on September 2, 2019
- The data has been archived at the Indian Space Science Data Centre in Bylalu, near Bengaluru.
- PDS4: These are prepared in the standard, globally followed Planetary Data System 4 (PDS4) format. PDS4 is an international standard that is widely used by many online data systems to document their data.
- ISSDC: The Indian Space Science Data Centre (ISSDC) is the nodal centre of planetary data archive for the planetary missions of the ISRO.
- PRADAN portal: The data has been released for the wider public use through the PRADAN portal hosted by the ISSDC.
