President of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro will be the the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations in 2020.
Brazilian President has accepted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s invitation.
Prime Minister Modi met Mr. Bolsonaro on November 13, 2019 on the sidelines of the 11th BRICS Summit. The two leaders held “fruitful talks” to strengthen bilateral ties.
The Brazilian President informed Mr. Modi that a large business delegation would accompany him.
