- ‘Bharat Parv’ is a cultural programme organized between 26-31 January, 2018 at the Red Fort, Delhi
- It is being organized by the Union Ministry of Tourism. It also has been designated as the nodal Ministry for the event.
- The focus of the Bharat Parv’ 2018 is ‘Dekho Apna Desh’.
- To celebrate the diverse and fascinating culture, cuisine and handicrafts of our diverse country, a large number of people participated in the Parv .
- Some of the programmes presented during the Parv, are:
- The artists from Chhatisgarh presented ‘Lokmanya’ programme.
- The artists from Jammu and Kashmir presented ‘Dogri/Bhand Pather’ programme.
- The artists from Uttarakhand presented ‘Chapeli’.
- The artists from Telangana presented ‘Perini Natyam & Oggu Dollu’.
- The artists from Andhra Pradesh presented ‘Kuchipudi’ dance.
