Shaunak Sen’s All That Breathes on Delhi’s environmental and social maladies won the World Documentary Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival 2022.
- The film was screened at the Sundance Film Festival that concluded January 30, 2022. It was the only Indian film that was selected and screened at Sundance this year.
- The documentary introduces the audience to the city’s squalid patches to tell a story of hope and revival, in a harmony of contrasts similar to the very character of the city.
- ‘All That Breathes’ captures the brothers’ work and their everyday interactions with regal birds. The documentary is also an examination of what it is like to live in a slowly deteriorating Delhi — for human and non-human entities.
- The Sundance Film Festival is an annual film festival organized by the Sundance Institute in the United States.
