- Indian Air Force Group Captain Arun Marwah, posted at Headquaters, facing espionage charges was arrested on February 9, 2018.
- Mr . Marwah been booked under the Official Secrets Act (OSA) provisions and if found guilty might face up maximum 14 years in jail.
- Marwah, who was posted at the Air Force headquarters, was allegedly leaking classified documents to a woman, believed to Pakistani ISI agent, through WhatsApp.
- He had befriended her through Facebook in December 2017.
